I worked on SB19’s “Wakas at Simula: A Visual Journey” photobook and it’s finally out

Now that SB19’s Wakas at Simula: A Visual Journey photobook has been released, I can finally talk about it. I was asked by my long-time colleague, writer Mica de Leon, back in May if I could be the editor-in-chief for this and after much shaking screaming crying throwing up of course I said yes.

The book was put together by a small team—one editor-in-chief, one managing editor, one art director, one contributing writer—and two people from Summit Books, who coordinated with the creative team of 1Z Entertainment on approving the images, layout, and content of the photobook. We had about three months to get this done to make sure it comes out just in time for the release of the SB19 Wakas at Simula: The Trilogy Concert Finale concert film—quite a bit of pressure there and a real time crunch, especially with the guys’ busy schedule.

But it all came together right on time, and it’s great to finally be able to post about it 😀 I’m so proud of the book that I’m sharing it everywhere: here, Facebook, IG, Twitter, and even fricking LinkedIn. I truly hope people will enjoy the book; the team behind it (us!) is composed of solid A’Tin, and we did our absolute best to capture SB19’s story, vision for the future, and appreciation for A’Tin.
